Q. How do you differ from a real estate agent?

A.  A Realtor “lists” your house and charges a commission when they sell it. They offer no guarantees if or when your house will sell or the price it may sell for.  An average house takes many months to sell, and some even a year! The uncertainty can cause much stress and anxiety. And to top it off, your house has to be kept spotless "in case" a potential buyer wants to view it.  Normally you won’t know how much your check will be until the day of closing.  As a local and independent real estate buyer, we don’t “list” properties.  We buy them... NOW! There are no fees or commissions to pay. Often within 24 to 48 hours there is an offer of cash.  Sometimes you can have your money in as little as seven days or sooner!
